Sex & Nudity

- Overall, the show features many scenes of implied nudity, including scenes in bath houses. Even with characters stripped during battle.
- A couple of characters wear scantily clad outfits very revealing
- Boys are seen saying words like sexy or she has a nice body to a girl in a revealing outfit
- Some characters wear bras that are so low cut and have little clothing that they show a lot of their breasts
- Some female costumes are revealing in the back
- This Anime Shows A Lot Of Breasts And Buttocks
- Up until episode 98, there was nothing close to male nudity. The most shown was a few characters in underwear that were more like shorts and went down to their knees. Episode 98 shows a guy who strips down to nothing resting on a boat because it was hot outside. It doesn't show his parts but pretty close to it. The show does feature some close to female nudity, specifically with breasts and bottoms. Some shower or bath scenes, most of which are non sexual, and always only feature women.
- There no scenes of characters gets nosebleed of sexual absurd, just crush or flirt to each other.
- A character wants to "have fun" with lucy.
Violence & Gore

- One person gets a bloody nose. It doesn't last for too long.
- Lucy defeats an octopus-like creature.
- Alot of magic fighting. Some blood later on.
- through out the anime except the final season the anime has slashes but no blood and owies
- Some fantasy violence.
- Most disagreements are solved by fighting, and the clashes are loud and violent. Wizards also use special qualities like the ability to breathe fire to fend off their foes. Explosions, extensive falls, and lots of impact never have realistic effects. Victors often celebrate that they've gotten the better of their opponents.
- violence is with super powers, so it's unrealistic.
Profanity

- The series starts off with no profanity at all.
- Minor language like "Hell", "Damn", "Piss", "Ass", and "Crap". Very mild and infrequent and it didn't have any and much offensive words.
- Mostly uses of Heck", "darn", "dang" and "suck".
- There was one time when Natsu said "Son of a-", but someone else said something else before he could finish what he was gonna say.
- Natsu got called a dumbass once.
- "Ass" is ocaissionally used.
- "S*icide" is used alot.
- No vulgar language. Only minor, non-offensive words like "Damn", "Crap", etc. Nothing serious.
- Language is spread out and used infrequently.
Alcohol, Drugs & Smoking

- Cana Alberone, one of the background characters, is an Alcoholic, who constantly drinks booze.
- some characters do smoke
- Lucy drinks a mug of beer in Episode 288.
- Most of the major characters drink booze in one of the OVAs.
- Smoking is present in the anime
Frightening & Intense Scenes

- The final season is pretty dark in its tone. It's also shocking that the show used be bright, colorful and funny
- The 7 season through the final season gets pretty bloody not a lot though
- Many of the characters were very psychopathic (though many of them were later brought to justice). They enjoyed taking away other people's freedom and watching them suffer.
- As mentioned above, there are some fights. Not much blood, though.
- Some scenes scattered throughout the series can be emotional and somewhat intense.

Sex & Nudity
- Apon meeting Lucy, natsu blushes. It is implied this happened because of her attractive appearance.
- the anime includes a ton of female costumes that shows cleavage, bare breasts (nipples are covered) and a contest scene wich a ton of female characters wear bikinis that reveal a lot of the woman's breast
- female characters get their clothes shreded (ripped or torn) by an explotion their breast ( the nipples are covered) and parts a of their body are seen
- Many characters can end up nude during fight scenes.
- A ton of nudity is shown, females often were clothes that are easily ripped and torn apart and they don't wear bras, easily exposing their breasts. There's a Lot of nudity.
- After Kana learns that her father had been with many women, she insults him, saying he "can't keep it in his pants".
- There are sexual innuendo, references, jokes and partial nudity, but not graphic and played for humor.
- Natsu pretends to play with Lucy's breasts to distract a "blinded" enemy.
Violence & Gore
- In Gray's childhood, his teacher, Ur, sacrifices herself to stop a powerful creature named Deliora. She uses a technique called Iced Shell which turns her body into ice and freezes Deliora. During the sequence, her face starts to crack and her eye turns pale. Although, this isnt graphic at all.
- the final season gets pretty dark and violent
- Dimaria slashes brandish blood is splattering ( her blood is red whined colored )and it is quite shocking
- Gray's Ice-Make magic can freeze anything, such as when he froze Fukuro's flame after he ate Natsu.
- Fried brutally torturing Elfman despite Mirajane's cries and screams. When Fried was about to kill him, Mirajame snaps and awakens her dormant powers to battle Fried.
- When Jiemma "kills" lector and continues to abuse a bawling Sting, he tears a hole in his master's stomach.
- Minerva almost beating Lucy to death out of cold blood
- Aries' first former owner abuses her and uses her a meat shield and leaves her to die by not returning to the Celestial Spirit World.
- heavily implied eye-gouging at one scene.
- Jiemma abusing Rouge and Sting for their loss to natsu, he goes as far as "killing" Lector out of cold-blood, which caused Sting to brutally disembowel Jiemma out of vengence.
- Minerva bleeding and almost stripped after being defeated by Erza
- At one point, Gray gets blasted in the stomach to protect Juvia
- Many people, innocent or not end up killed.
- In one episode Lisana falls. Death is implied.
Profanity
- the ecilpse version of aries says a lot of a** words
Frightening & Intense Scenes
- Jiemma abusing Sting and Rouge after their loss to Natsu; As well as "Killing Lector" before Sting fatally wounds him out of revenge.
- The Tower of Heaven Arc can be VERY disturbing to viewers.
- I'm not finished the series yet, but I've noticed that the Tower of Heaven arc is probably the darkest so far. Erza's past could be disturbing to many people. Her and her friends were brutally enslaved as children and forced to work day and night to build a tower for cultists. Fairy Tail has its share of heavy scenes. It should be moderate, not mild in my opinion.
- Their is a disturbing out-of-nowhere scene in a flashback where a man ties his arm before cutting it off, but before this is shown, the flashback ends.
- In one episode Lisana falls. Death is implied.
