I saw the film at Festival of Nations in Austria 2010. There it won the Award for Best Austria Short Film of the Year 2010.
The story is an emotional melodrama, but the plot is totally different and refers to La Jetee of Chris Marker.
It destructs the moving image as a projection of memory. I fully recommend this short film, it lets you think about your own life and what stay from you.
Very good actors and cinematography. The use of different film footage, new HD-video-material and stills also question the step which is gone by world cinema today: from photo-graphical stock to digital video. That refers to the English title: "Leap in Time", which is also a word play with "leak".
