Isaac seems possessed. He has no rational mind; he is almost robotic. Even if it is not autism, it's amazing that someone hasn't diagnosed him that way. In this one, she talks to a man who apparently previously took the child. The whole episode leads to that event. We see Isaac in the playground being bullied by kids who ask him to slap his own face; one in particular is a small boy with glasses who feels a sense of power. She is trying to do everything a normal woman could do, but he is emotionless. He sees men in the house. He repeats things said to him verbatim. Meanwhile, the detectives are looking for her because her name and Isaac's appeared on the bulletin board of an unbalanced man. Apparently the man we see early in the episode. With a missing child, things really get tense.
