A blood soaked woman walks into a Police Station, holding a knife, the Investigating Detective holds some important, personal information for Simone.
The history theme continues, only this time it's Simone's history that's being explored, I thought Genesis Lynea was good, but the story felt too contrived, and her scenes with the Detective were below par.
If I'm honest, I was a little disappointed with this, I was genuinely blown away by the opening two episodes from this series, this was nowhere near those levels, it felt a little pedestrian. A shame the focus went away from Sam.
Duncan Preston, I'm a big big fan, but I thought he was miscast here, the accent seemed to travel about a bit I thought, I wasn't convinced.
The shining light for me was Christine Bottomley, who really was a cut above, her scenes were a cut above.
Did anyone else adjust their screen when it went black in the restaurant?
I think my expectations were too high after last week, this was just about average, 6/10.
