While there are some scenes of natural beauty, and there are moments when the musical score sounds professional, this is a cheaply made film that looks like it was shot on a good iPhone. There does not seem to be a professional actor in the entire cast.

The story revolves around some man thinking that there is a "treasure" on some remote island. He decides to involve a group of his none-too-bright friends to go to the island to find the treasure. When they reach the island, they are unaware that there is another man already on the island, searching for the same treasure.

The "other" man thinks he can find the treasure himself and then, I guess, take off, with the treasure (even though he has no idea what it is, how big it is or what value it has) in the boat that belongs to the other group, leave them there to die and go back and live off the riches of the "treasure." But the "other" man gets discovered by the group and, I guess, some sort of fight occurs and he is injured, but then saved by some fishermen. He is returned to the care of his sister and months later his gay lover (or someone who says he is his lover) tracks him down. The "other" man is now in a wheelchair, but after his lover gives his legs a massage, apparently he is not entirely paralyzed and this leads to several pointless scenes of awkward fake "intimacy."

These scenes of the sister, the wheelchair, the boyfriend, the "intimate" moments, are suddenly thrown into the movie about twenty minutes in, to "explain" what we are then going to see.

We then "see" what the other man just went on and on about explaining.

In the midst of all this is the concept that the group of men was stuck on the island for days (but happened to bring girlie magazines with them) and eventually have what has to be the most pathetic attempts at casual "sex" here and there.

Other than some great drum cue they use to accompany two actors racing through the island's jungle, there is nothing to recommend about this film. I kept fast forwarding, thinking that something exciting or dramatic might happen. Wrong. A complete, total, absolute waste of time.
