A french folktale for today
thierry-beauchamp17 October 2017
A charming movie, full of sensitivity, carried by two nice actors in tune. Unemployed young woman meets a clerk of the french national employment agency in the middle of a country road. She seeks a job and has started to lose hope. He seeks jobs for others and has also lost faith in his mission. On the other hand, he doesn't despair of his free time ... The director filmed her characters with infinite delicacy and - i don't know why - it makes me think of the Shepherdess and the chimney sweep y H.-C. Andersen. The spirit of the folktales is not dead!
