A terse action film made for French television. We are taken to a stakeout that goes bad. The criminals the police have tried to surprise knew they were coming. As a result of the gun battle between the two groups one police dies, and another is badly injured. As a result of the shoot out, the higher ups decide a new man should be come to be in charge of the station, so Julien Orteguy, a veteran of the force, is selected. The dead cop's friends are not ready to accept Orteguy.

Therefore, Julien tries to get involved in order to get to the bottom of the problem. The cops, especially Sarah, regarded him as interloper among the ranks. Julien proves everyone wrong because of his involvement in apprehending a powerful man who thought he was above the law.

The action is well staged, resulting in a good television film with the right ingredients of vengeance, sex, and action.
