More human interest type stuff, more ho-hum, but I take back what I said about the previous episode, there is still loads of glamorous shots of Sarah Shahi thrown in, the show is every bit hot in that regard. I'm talking about her face and legs, she is a dream-girl.

In this episode, a wife has to overcome the change in the personality of her husband after he'd been struck by a swerving truck, as the former conservative has now become a hipster. And the David Smith matter finally comes to the table. Ho-hum, but okay, nice gentle viewing for the family. Of course, for the comic relief, there's the naked guy (seen from afar! relax!) on the balcony causing dismay for the uptight ADA ex of Kate, and then there's an enticing leggy panties & hindquarters rear-view scene with Kate, so, okay, it's not for the totally moral lot. As usual though, heart-warming and sweet.

Smart, but very far from being upbeat enough to hold my interest beyond the looks of the female lead.

The title is a clever double intent for the naked confrontation from balcony to balcony across the street towards the end of the episode. By the way, funny, huh? What if Kate had been the one locked out?

Anyhow, that guy might be a manly stud, but he's not the man for her. He has no sense of humor. "If I only had a heart" was his ringtone on Kate's phone, and while he well might have a heart, he's just a vindictive little boy in it.
