A homage or similar to Shakespears sisters - Stay - it's noticeable through promoting the eye shots even with an incomplete fit of sound/video. It's done with a steampunk costume/backdrop and some Dexter mixed in. Overall a smart way to go as most won't probably recall or have heard of the mentioned hit.
Overall the video is too messy for my taste - if the song had been half a minute longer the story told could have been more clearly visually explained. It is cleanly done. regarding the music I do not have much to say as that is down more to taste in my book.
