It's a pretty good episode if I say so myself. It expands on the relationship of Carrie and Jen, while also building the friendship between Kash and Jizzlord. However, it doesn't make that much sense.
Jen and Carrie have been shown to really care about one another. Carrie being the overall positive one, and Jen being the butthole-but-lovable kind. They know each other's tendencies, and they have both been shown helping one another when it really came down to it.
The problem I have with this episode is that the writers seemed to have thrown all that out of the window for the simple reason that there isn't enough drama. They've known each other for a minimum of 7 years, so either Jen truly never cared about Carrie (which we know isn't the case), or the writers decided to pull something out of nowhere to add a little bit of spice to the story.
