I don't remember much about this movie in terms of style but its substance was ... substantial and ... I felt it was in that regard ... rather lucky for the director that the way his subjects performed this dance really brought out a lot of the nuance that ... generally begs to be hidden in such pairings. Maybe not so lucky for some of the unfortunates involved ... but truth was well served.

Well I recommend you also check out "HABANA HOLIDAY (Yo Soy Malo)" if you ever get a chance (you won't) and also . .. the movie... what WAS it called, about the man from... some Central American country living in Paris, an ex boxer, who now sashays and sells his abundant charms as a transhooker... supporting his family... but I can't recollect the title. It came out the same year as this film...
