Really strong start

I think the episode is off to a promising start. The talent show is good to introduce queens, the decisions and placements made sense imo (even though Kahena bottom ? Not sure). The runway was cute, Kam, Soa, Briochée and Elips killed it.

What i regret is that nicky in the werk room seems like she was saying lines, it really didnt feel natural. And the sound, especially in the confessional, is sometimes pretty rough

Really enjoyed the episode !

A very good premiere as a only a few international seasons have managed to start off well enough to keep me interested. The queens are very high caliber in my opinion, especially Soa, Bertha and Paloma who are turning out to become my personal top 3. The runway was gorgeous, no one did horrible and all decisions made in the judging were fair (maybe not Elips in the top, to me she could have been swapped with Lolita or Briochée idk). So far the other judges on the panel seem more natural than Nicky, maybe its because. Its her first time judging a huge competition but I'll keep on watching.

Great Start

Going into Drag Race France, I was hesitant; whenever a new international franchise of Drag Race begins, there's always a certain level of anxiety because you want it be successful, but there is potential for it to turn out poorly (Down Under).

Drag Race France starts out with a great cast and an explosive talent show. It really sets the tone for the rest of the season and subsides any anxieties I might have had.

I did not expect the Season to start on such a high note but everyone did good or great.

Great looks, talent, and shiny personalities!

Excellent premiere: dynamic cast, diverse array of talents in talent show, top tier guest judges, great runway, very fair judging from the panel, and a very entertaining lip sync. Off to a great start!

Such an amazing start! The cast seems so lovely and diverse, a lot of different personalities and styles, adn the Talent Show was definitely one of the most unique and original ones so far. And Nicky Doll is doing a great job hosting! I'm so glas to see European drag receiving all the attention with so many new Drag Race installments coming. Excited to see what's next! (btw I only gave a 9 because Drag Race Spain already had a 10/10 Talent Show which is hard to top so...)

Met my expectations

Overall, i enjoyed this premiere, however, the judging was pretty off. I thought lolita should have won, with paloma and bertha as top 3. And i dont think kahena should have been in the bottom. Also, the editing is pretty questionable, and the sound quality, especially in the confessionals, is pretty bad. But other than that, i like the cast and the challenge itself was entertaining. Excited for next week's challenge!

DISAPPONTMENT

Kinda disappointed, i expected A LOT MORE. The edition was weird, and the quality of audio and video wasnt the best. The host has 0 charisma tbh, the judges imo were passive agresive with the critiques. And hate the queens have no monetary prize. Also imo so many choices were did in the queens selected for the tops and bttms, the 1 elim for sure didnt deserved go that early. Not bad as other franchises but not good enough.
