Loved this show and how they stayed true to how navy seals are so the action is on point for sure and also the drama is good I think Chris did a phenomenal job acting in this show and shows he's a true actor and not some funny guy. I really just had to say it's good and people should definitely give it a watch.

So good I bought the books

Having never heard of Jack Carr and his series I thought this would be another run of the mill tv series. Man was I wrong. From the get go I was dragged into the world of James Reece. Having Pratt play the role, I was dubious, but the full range of his talents are shown in this show. Supported by a great cast and storyline, the action is believable and the training has paid off. I'm only 4 episodes deep but went and bought all 4 Carr books yesterday and 100 pages deep into The Terminal List already. Can't wait for the next series mate.
I've read each book & so far, Carr & Pratt have met silver screen expectation!

Admittedly, I believe that these are amongst the best (fiction) books out there. I was stoked AND skeptical when Carr debriefed making a Hollywood debut. However, they could not have found a better James Reece in Pratt and so far, these episodes have walked the tightrope of action paired with deep thought perfectly. GOOD.
If last week was Herogasm, this is Prattgasm at its finest

Other actors who often play such roles wouldn't be able to pull it off convincingly. Pratt's ability to show the numbness of trauma and horror, and just trying to hold it together, especially when it counts, just blew me away. Especially those who lived through hardship understand.
This caught me off guard

Wow, this caught me by surprise.
I was on prime looking for something to watch and saw this. I never heard anything about it but being a war movie buff I decided to watch it. Well, I got hooked after the first episode and ended up binge-watching the entire series. I didn't get to be until 3:AM and had to wake up at 7:30.
It was worth the loss of sleep to watch it.

Love this series! Great from beginning to end. Pratt was incredible. The training he went through was extensive and the attention to detail was freaking awesome. Way to go trainers! You prepared him very well. Screenplay was superb! Very well made. Perfect way to spend a " too hot" Sunday afternoon is by binge watching a great show.
Way way way overated by now ( 8.5 ! )

Pretty amaze of the score of that "mediocre" serie .
All the technical aspect like the acting , camera management etc are ok , very pro ..nothing to complain.
The issue is the storyboard ...nothing new ..nothing to be enthuse ...episode after episode you're just waiting for something to happen..but it's pretty slow , flat and dull.
I enjoy Chris prat and that's why i tried to watch it's serie ...but no even a very "bankable" actor can't save this.
I don't even watched the last episode of the first season. I don't care.

Good story but...

The biggest complaint against this film is the irritating and unrelenting darkness. How do filmmakers expect viewers to rate their efforts when they can't see what is going on? This is a trend that says either they are making the film on a shoestring budget or that they have zero knowledge of lighting. They allege that it sets a mood. It sure does but not in the manner they want. This annoying ploy even shows locations like hospitals, laboratories, newsrooms, on and on being in almost total darkness. There will be multiple lamps or lights being on in a room and yet the scene is dark beyond anything in real life. It has just become ridiculous. When a scene is so dark you have no clue what is happening then the whole picture becomes a giant waste of time. If I have to gather what is going on just from dialogue because it is too dark to actually see, then I'll listen to radio! Thank heaven I didn't pay theater prices to sit and be frustrated the entire time or I would have demanded my money back.
The best show on Streaming.

This has been the best show I have seen in a long while. Every episode has me glued to the television. I rank this as the very best that I have LOOKED at, it is serious in entertainment and has delivered. You guys take a standing ovation, well done.
Entertaining and disturbing

Warning: Spoilers
The Terminal list was entertaining. They went through a lot of trouble to be technically correct from the standpoint of military operations techniques etc. The series was good but I felt that the ending should've been more thought out. They have Reece just show up on Ben's boat clean and dry with no obvious way that he got there. And why would Ben who is the CIA field agent be involved in any kind of a deal that makes him $20 million. Did he arrive by boat? Did he swim? Did he fast rope down from a helicopter? The only plausible way he arrived was to swim there but again he was clean and dry when he confronted Ben. He could have cleaned up and dried off sure but it's just such a stretch because Ben is surfing nearby. Aside from the questionable ending I enjoyed terminal list and think Chris Pratt did a great job as did his the rest of his cast. The series was engaging and kept you wanting to see the next episode. Terminal list gets a thumbs up from me.
