This was amongst the first Penthouse videos I bought & saw. It's one that chose to focus on a trio of ladies - Juliet Cariaga, Alexus Winston & Aimee Sweet - for the good and the bad. You don't need a big cast of models to deliver a quality title, but less faces puts more importance on liking the featured Pets and their scenes. Don't get the wrong idea here. 'Pet of the Year 2000' is still solid.
"Juliet: Penthouse Pet of the Year" is not only a pretty brunette, but comes across genuine. There's a quick interview before she strips out of a black top and skirt wearing a cowboy hat (4.5 mins). "Aimee Sweet" Pet August 1998 is shown next. This redhead wastes no time getting into sexy poses (4 mins). "Alexus Winston" Pet November 1997 is outdoors and gets her blonde self into the water at one point (4 mins). "Being a Penthouse Pet" finds Juliet talking on the subject while posing in a leopard print bikini (3 mins).
"Conserve Water, Shower With a Friend" finds all three women getting wet outdoors together (6 mins). "Bathing Beauty" is Aimee taking a bath in a room bathed in blue (4 mins). "One on One" is the girl/girl (Aimee, Alexus) that follows next where oddly Alexus stays clothed one way or another for most of it (6.5 mins). "A True Story" has Juliet narrate her sex tale while posing on a motorbike indoors (4 mins). "Self-Satisfaction" is Alexus topless eating some grapes before striking a bunch of poses including upside down giving us an explicit view (4 mins). "Hangin' in the Hammock" is Aimee with a leopard print top and skin tight pink pants (3.5 mins). "Favorite Ways" a three-way in a hot tub with them talking and kissing at night that doesn't give the shots you'd like to see here to end things proper (almost 10 mins).
I think 'Pet of the Year 2000' will satisfy a lot of people as all the women are gorgeous, the production values are decent and there's some explicit moments. Aimee and Alexus aren't my favorite Pets however, but there's no denying Juliet's charm and that was the saving grave of this title for me.
