Giancarlo is an amazing actor in this film. As well as Derek. Even with a low budge this film as the potential to be o e of the best edge of your seat thiller short film out there today. The movie score is wonderful and brings this entire movie together. I've been following Derek on tic tok through this entire journey and have to say congratulations man on making a very well made short film with some of the best actors around. I would recommend this short film to anyone who thinks that dreams of being a film maker are impossible. Look what Derek did he had a dream and rolled with it and wrote and produced this amazing masterpiece.

This was an awesome short film. I was definitely surprised on how good it was. The score of this was very well done. This will definitely surprise people. Especially with the twist at the end. No spoilers though. If you want to see it go watch it for yourself. Everyone did a very good job on there part of the film. Especially Derek (aka Danny) and the other actors and actresses. This was definitely worth the wait to watch. I did enjoy watching it too. The cinematography on this was good too. Thank you to Derek (Danny) and everyone involved with this. This was very enjoyable to watch. This had me interested from beginning to end. Thank you all. I give this film a 9/10!

Just watched ! The movie definitely had that vibe of not knowing what was going to happen next which I can appreciate had you wondering, looking forward to what was to show & come, makes you more excited if these guys had a full length movie definitely have to give these guys their flowers, you can't sit here and deny they don't both have the passion & heart for what they're doing! You just have to take your hat off & appreciate the time and dedication, I got a good feeling they got something else planned in store for us! Also shows if you're passionate enough about something take that shot!!!

Pollo loco is a unique drama which features a wide variety of dark and immoral characters that exist in an unpleasant setting. The themes and emotions conveyed were the key aspect in a short film that is nicely shot and well crafted. I would recommend this 25-minute flick to anyone who has seen movies like Drive (2011), or is familiar with crime dramas, as, in my opinion, it is right up there with the rest of them.

Overall, the actors performed their parts expertly and helped depict the captivating writing. As for the story itself, it involved some uncomfortable themes, yet it was authentic and full of emotion.

Pollo loco I have been anticipated to watch knowing Derek bauders love for films would deliver something amazing. And it really really did the transitions with the shots felt so natural and were very well done, lighting was great, and the setting and props were executed very well into the film. Derek bauders acting really impressed me. With the given budget and an independent film this was incredible. 10/10 My only nitpick is some of the scenes had not as good lighting and not as serious and that was only 1-2 scenes. So I almost have absolutely nothing bad to say about this film. Loved it so much.

This movie is an amazing short film I recommend this short film to anyone. This short film is way better than I expected even though the budget is not as high as other short films this is the best short film I have ever watched. The script, the actors, and all the people that spent the many hours and days to make this happen I want to thank you personally. You guys made a great short film with a great amount of suspense and humor. Theres jokes theres serious parts in this short film is a short film that you should go watch right now with a big bucket up popcorn. I also wanted to shout out Derick for a amazing script, amazing acting, and amazing directing. Hats off to you man, keep up the great work cant wait till the next one.

All respect go to Derek Bauder I really did like it The sound design and what I believe was considered kind of a theme was really fire, it was shocking and kinda disturbing, my real only problem is I feel like the cinematography was kind of overused and the same angles kept getting used, some of it did stand out to me though. It had its twists and turns and I really did enjoy it. I think when people look back on this film after he's released feature films I can see this being A very good inspiration ID and kind of showing what you can do at such a small scale and then what you can do after that which I can appreciate.

The characters in this movie are god awful, with all the acting being unbelievably bad. Derek Bauder's character was very poorly wrote, and he should not have cast himself in that role. Everyone else cast is for the most part friends with Bauder. This film was the definition of let's give our friends a bunch of jobs because we are all best friends who hang out and share secrets about the girls we like. The only thing I could liken it to is AEW (all elite wrestling) where all the EVP's are wrestlers who are all best friends, not actual people who should be in management. Without strong characters, who play the parts well, all you have is a poorly executed good idea. In theory, a film about a man getting cheated on and taking revenge would be great. But how are we supposed to believe that the actor Giancarlo who portrays the boss character would do anything horrible to anybody. And his subordinate Bauder is about as intimidating as Joe Biden with an ice cream in hand. It's a shame because I like these men, and follow them in social media, but this film majority disappointed me and it really sucks that it did not live up to the hype. 3 stars simply for the fact that the story is a great concept, but just delivered horribly.

Been following his TikTok for a couple years now, I was very excited to hear that he was creating a short film, I hope to see more of his work in the future. It was very engaging from the moment I started watching I couldn't take my eyes off, the character development was phenomenal and I couldn't get enough of it, the performances were spectacular, and the direction was perfect, I couldn't get enough and it left me wanting more, I hope they will soon be able to make this a full feature length film, but if not this short was still perfect in my eyes and I will say it again I couldn't get enough and I want more.

Honestly this was a really good short film, I thought the story was fine and seeing a YouTuber/Tiktoker act in a film is always a pleasure to see. The other cast did amazing as well, Giancarlo did amazing in the film and was awesome as the main character. The score was amazing but can definitely be worked on but none the less the film was suspenseful and had some pretty good cinematography. Honestly, I really recommend this film for anyone who is trying to get into short films or trying to become a actor or wanting to become a film director. This film is a really good film and I'm honored to watch this film get created.

Watching the trailer really got me hooked on this.

The trailer had everything you needed to get interested in it.

Watching the film was great for two reasons. The length of it made it easy to sit down and watch and was just great structured all around.

Finally got a chance to sit down and watch it and it was sure amazing.

The cinematics of it was really what got me going.

This short film was amazing for what it was a 30 minute or less film and they were able to create this.

I can't wait to see what they can do on a larger platform.

The actors went really together.

I have such an amazing time watching this short film the actors did a wonderful job this is a must see film I will rate it 10 stars and two thumbs up the music was great and fantastic i wish that I could watch this film over and over again since I truly did enjoy it. I had a lot of fun watching this short film and if I was an investor I would be contacting the producers as soon as possible. Great cinematography and acting was great!. The twists and turns in the story were something I would have never guessed them. I would love to see another short film or possibly a movie produced by them it was just really a piece of art. I had already watched it 7 times about to watch it the 8th time after writing this 600 word review. But 600 words surely isn't enough words to express how wonderful and breathtaking this short film was. I had recommended my peers to watch this and you will surly to after watching this masterpiece.

This was amazing definitely worth the weight Derek acting gave me chills for certain scenes. Same with John Carlos man if I had this on like a DVD or something like that I'd be watching over and over. It's absolutely worth the wait it's crazy. Also, everybody's acting 10 out of 10 definitely the best short from I've seen all year. Some of the scenes were filled with great emotion like it was meant to be I'm assuming and just the storytelling in general is 10 out of 10 top-notch and this writer and Director (Derek Bauder) has been such a huge decoration to me. I've followed his whole process, behind-the-scenes and helped me get informed back to the short film definitely go watch it for sure.

As a Derek Bauder supporter and follower on TikTok I really enjoyed the short film. The hype for the short film was real the acting was good especially Derek and Giancarlo. The music choice was good I love how they added phonk I also loved the cinematography. The writing of this film was better than I expected it to be and it surprised me. They did a great job in this short film I recommend to watch this short film. Derek Baude rhas potential to make it in the film industry. All the awards given to the short film at the film festivals are well deserved. Can't wait to see what Derek Bauder has in store for us with his other future films.
