WHO on earth thought it was a good idea to put this on for a full hour and a half. It's like they thought "no one likes this show, so we'll double down on it". It's excruciating. They haven't change the unbearable formula since the start. Bring on a load of has been z-list celebrities, then get them to sing half a song while we cut away to the moronic judges dance around in the most pretentious manner every 2 seconds. Do this until its time to 'vote' someone off using a fake audience. Then finish it of with an excruciatingly slow reveal. The producers completely miss how suspense works, I have to actually care who is 'behind the mask' in order to have suspense.
