Chancellor Palpatine rides a hot air balloon into Prescott. The Red Hat Society is there, and a street fair is going on. I take in the sights. I think "This would be a good place to live during Autumn." I wonder if there are any good apple orchards near here. Palp does a headstand, and the peasants cheer.
