She makes good food. However it's fake mountain cooking. She cooks with fancy ingredients in her rich fancy kitchen, then goes outside and pokes a campfire and calls it mountain cooking. Maybe try using some real mountain ingredients like fresh venison and bear. Moving your house from Hollywood to Montana and wearing an outdoor hat doesn't automatically qualify yourself to teach mountain cooking. Episode 2 reveals Glenn Close is her mom, which in turn identifies how she is on a wealthy ranch and furthermore how this show got the green light. Interesting how Hollywood is moving to Montana areas. They politically destroyed California and now they want cheaper taxes.
