Very French. A bachelor regretting of not having a child.
potj013 June 2014
More than friendship. A bachelor, under a rude exterior, shows humanity and warmth. Meeting a young François, "beur"french of Arab ascent, the old one starts to remember an affair of love he had 20 years previously with one Aicha., who was pregnant when they parted.

But she had a miscarriage , as he discovered later. He shelters the young man and develops affection towards him. At one point he starts imagining that François might be his son , because the latter's mother is also named Aïcha.

Emotion is always there, and also illustration of racial difficulties of cohabitation in France

Worth being seen; we'll done for a T.V. Film.

Dialogues are swift and humoristic.
