Ah Breadwinners a cartoon that is hated by many; including me. So since I'm making this review on Valentines Day. How about I look at an episode about love (the messed up kind) and that other terrible episode. Let's get into this review.
Love Loaf is about our main characters heading out to a "girls" summer camp. In order for Sway Sway to give the "Love Loaf" (a bread that can make someone fall in love with you) to Jenny Quackles. So first off this episode is just creepy; the bad kind. Our main hero who is like a young adult or an old teen is trying to force someone in love with a bread. Oh and that someone is a young girl. This episode is loaded with bad jokes and an awful song. At least they failed and they got beaten up by the camp counselors, but its still just uncomfortable with sexual assault played for laughs in a kid show. Who ate the bread instead. Gets a 1/10.
Beach Day of Horror. In this episode Sway and Buhdeuce head out to the beach. Where there is a monster that eats them. The plot seems to ripoff from other shows where the characters get eaten. Only to be loaded with more bad jokes, trying to be hip with kids, and getting out by singing an obnoxious rock song. The positives I have to say is that Sway Sway actually takes action to keep Buhdeuce from getting eaten. Only to fail; but then getting out. Still awful but an improvement over Love Loaf. I will give this episode a 2/10.
Edit Mar 10, 2023: For Love Loaf, I made some edits like now hating the part where the camp counselors ate the bread instead and beat up the two, now it gets a full on 1/10.
