Sex & Nudity

  • A character showcases a custom made bicycle with a dildo mechanism that comes out of the seat when you pedal. He uses the bike but the dildo only comically hits against his jeans as he explains that it's function is to keep you pedaling, not for other reasons. Other characters make graphic comments about what the true function appears to be.

Violence & Gore

Profanity

  • The central focus of the episode is Frank calling Mac a homophobic slur ("f****t") and whether or not it played a factor in saving Mac from being crushed by a falling piano. As a result, it is repeated throughout the episode but acknowledged as a hate word. There is also one unexpected use of the n-word for shock humor, which causes a negative reaction from other characters.

Alcohol, Drugs & Smoking

  • Dee, Dennis, and Charlie smoke cigarettes for much of the episode.
