There's, probably, some saliva on my screen.

Warning: Spoilers
Will Mac finally stay out of the closet? I doubt it, but it is hilarious to watch the gang's interaction.

I thought was crazy when (in season 2) they start moving away from reality little by little until the point were there is pianos hanging above people's heads in the most old-school cartoonish way possible: funny right there! The subtlety of Charlie explaining his tentative of covering the smell of cigarettes with letting a skunk spray him and then stepping in dog fesses is amazing to me (the demonizing of smokers!).

Anyway, a great episode: another one.

I cannot believe people really are saying that the show has lost its quality (or that it isn't funny anymore); it got more ambitious that's for sure, but this fact don't diminish its quality, the cleverness still there and the laughs still plentiful.

I'll be somewhat sad when the last episode of the last season airs, but I'll for sure complete the collection and routinely laugh until I can't feel my face.

Bold move

Gotta give it to the writer. Bravo. Yep. They went there. I wonder how did they get away with it. I guess, with a right context you can say anything you want. One of the best episode.

Never expected a genuine moment in Sunny...

Hilarious episode that's topped off by a rocker of an ending that actually buttons down the shenanigans for like 15 solid seconds to let a character develop. I was honestly dumbfounded. Really stellar writing call there. One of the series' best.

Masterpiece

Probably the best written episode of this show, as of season 12. They masterfully implemented sensitive topics in a hilarious episode. Don't know how they did it, it was shocking, but they landed everything tastefully. I was surprised by actually seeing some character development in this show, but it felt natural and genuinely heartfelt.

Yet, it managed to maintained the classic "It's always sunny" humor. Again, amazing writing. Amazing back & forth. Just perfect. Shockingly pleased. This is Truly one of the best TV sitcom episodes I've seen, coming from someone who loves shows like community, arrested development and similars. This was fantastic. Bravo!

Mac has his day

Warning: Spoilers
This episode has such a great premise and really allows for the ridiculous dialogue the cast has to shine, but what I wasn't expecting was for this episode to be the one that Mac finally came out in. The unexpected coming out as well as the resolution of the episode were so oddly sweet and touching, and it still felt genuine to the show. You can tell that- even though there were slurs, lewd jokes, and that trademark cruelty each of the characters show to each other- the topic of Mac finally coming to terms with his sexuality was treated with seriousness and sensitivity and results in one of the few truly happy endings in the series.

The only American series that got racism right
jtikey13 November 2021
I always felt that "c*cksucer" is very unjustified while the N work was a no-no. First time ever a american series understands that racism is about making someone worse, not exclusive to a skin tone.

Beautiful

This was one of the first episodes my friend showed me of this show, and its absolute insanity and hilarity led me to watch the whole show. Absolutely masterpiece. Has to be the funniest half hour of television I have watched.

After watching the whole show for the first time, I still believe that this is the best episode of the show. Even thought it takes place outside of the usual setting, and is essentially a bottle episode, the writing is just so good that it makes it absolutely incredible.

Every character gets their own moments to be funny, and gets their time to be dumb. I can't think of many more ways to say how amazing this episode is.
