The police (Nicoline Hummel and partner) receive a call from an angry man who noticed someone parking slightly in front of his driveway. The police goes to the man's house and does their best to calm him down. Soon after, they receive another call, that the same car has been vandalized. They meet with the owner of the car (Cedric Tylleman), who is frustrated with what happened. They subsequently confront the older and angry man, who denies. They classify it and go on with their patrol. Not long after, the police station receives a phone call that someone has been shot in the same street of where the car was wrongfully parked and subsequently vandalized. They put on their armored vests and make their way to the house. At the house they meet the owner of the car (Cedric Tylleman), shot down by the older and angry neighbor. They capture the man and call an ambulance for the young man.
