Comparing it to similar Nica massage efforts, the subliminal effect (perhaps the reason why Nica has turned to gay and transsexual cinema of late) is that people are people, sex is sex, and humping one's masseur or masseuse is not all that different after all, despite the ongoing ghettos that circumscribe behavior and in this case sales & marketing outlets for different "genres" of porn: straight vs. gay.
