I like the way this short web series turned out: It started as a fun and wacky dark comedy in a similar way to some Adult Swim series, but eventually starts to develop its own story arc.
I appreciate the creator decided to finish the series on its own terms instead of stretching it indefinitely: This could have been like "Happy Tree Friends" with the same joke repeated over and over in each episode, but instead of that the tale of Carl the murderous Llama and his friend Paul gets an unexpected turn which concludes in a tragic (And yet satisfying) manner. And considering the number of animated shows from television that tend to overstay their welcome until they become a shadow of their former self, knowing when it's the proper time to wrap things up is a quality worth of recognition.
