AKA Freak Accident

Warning: Spoilers
A bit of a slow episode here. They kept addressing all of these seemingly one-named characters and sort of dove head first into a story that was a little bit different from what we had anticipated after the first episode.

I am fine with them tackling #MeToo as a story for Trish, but why gloss over that with so many other events (including a crazy hopping killer ninja) happening in the same episode?

Good, just not JJ quality.

Who Did It?
Hitchcoc2 August 2019
This is a meandering episode which goes from Trish to Jessica to Max to others involved. It is focused on Jessica's efforts to find out what happened to her at that hospital. She, for some reason, doesn't want any help. She drinks booze by the gallon and snarls at anything that moves. Trish is in the middle now and may be the catalyst.

Sharp drop in quality

Warning: Spoilers
Only the second episode in and already a sharp drop in quality. Annoying wisecracking and trite dialogue and an emphasis on gratuitous sex that mars much of modern American TV. I don't need to see lesbian orgies or Jessica having fun in an alleyway thanks; I want mystery, conflict and action in my superhero shows.

A little research goes a long way

I have an easy time with willful suspension of disbelief, but the scenes at Kozlov's house were woefully researched. Numerous dialog flubs regarding Jewish rites. Ruined the whole episode for me.
