Silly porn - truly a time-killer
lor_20 May 2016
The team of Jerome Tanner and writer Raven Touchstone produced some nifty features, but "Sex-O-Holics" is strictly routine. I'm glad I caught it, and it has since evaporated from my mind.

As the title suggests, the story is about a therapy group dedicated to sex addicts, the way our society has such overpriced centers for celebs in need of rehab. The participants' foibles make for semi-humorous content amidst the requisite sex scenes, but hardly side-splitting.

Most memorable bit involves Evan Stone, whose cross-dressing is automatically funny because as a passerby is wont to say, he makes for an ugly woman. His fellow studs falling for the ruse and making a pass at him should have been funnier -Tanner sloughs it off as just more filler.

Leads Hannah Harper and Holly Hollywood (how's that for casting alliteration) are appealing "just folks" actresses, far removed from the extreme silicone or outlandish styling of the day (think: Brianna Banks or Bridgette Kerkove). Ben English plays a bad guy but this film is so dated he has a full head of hair!
