Neither plot element went very far. First of all, Bernie has a new colleague who is quite attractive. Raj and Stuart begin to vie for her attention. They are so nasty to one another that they turn her off. The second plot concerns Sheldon's inability to deal with the upcoming wedding. He is obsessing about dates and places. Not very funny.

Warning: Spoilers
The Big Bang Theory is clearly a number of years past its expiration date, but occasionally they can still give us an episode that makes us laugh and this episode made me laugh. The Raj and Stuart fighting, Sheldon's bizarre dreams and even a reference to Saturday and laundry night.
Clearly the best so far this season, but still not quite good comedy.

What have you become...?

We're into the third episode now, I can't recall having laughed once... this one being the worst so far. The jokes are not witty anymore, hardly funny. The characters are getting more and more cynical and gruesome. Everyone of the females is mocking their counterparts, openly talking about not having chosen well. The men are mostly whiny, and former leads are completely underused. Everyone became a cardboard cutout. They all seem like being just there for the money anymore, and the terrible script surely doesn't help. The scenes feel like seven seconds short, pasted together like a clip show. The show has lost its cleverness, its fun, its heart. Even its technical standards. It's really sad. I've seen a lot of shows dropping in quality over the years, but this seems to be the most brutal fall of all.
