We're starting to see a little bit of separation from the movie which is good, but it feels like it is going to be the same formula week to week. The problem is that the cartel characters are really boring outside of the main two. I have zero interest in a storyline about trying to make a club profitable and trying to get Redfoo to DJ there.

The good news for Miles Daly is that Amara likes his plan to launder cash by investing it in a movie.
Yago detests that plan as he wants Amara to invest in a club that is losing money.
The more we see of Rick Moreweather, the better the weather in my opinion. Rick is no slouch and manages to put the sums together after meeting Amara.
Given that this is a long form episodic serial. At least the financing comes together quickly and Miles for now looks Hollywood bound.
I was less interested in the domestic side of Miles and Louis's life which has filler written all over it.
