Can't believe people actually buying this for real!

Look, I know in America, and probably couple of other places too, groups of people come together to play Jedi. And unlike some other reviewers here of this movie that seem to really look down on that, I think thats totally fine!

Whats wrong with people doing what they like and love? How is that more silly then people coming together, shuffing their faces full of all kinds of drugs to jump up and down to monotonous beats? People act like total idiots in a billion different ways all over the world, let them! It's called living.

But this movie, oh, pardon me... ahem... documentary.... If you fell for this thats just silly, all due respect. These are actors. This is so obviously written, acted and directed, come on! (ok, to be fair there's probably quite a bit of improvisation going on here too)

It can be a bit fun to watch (to me, not so much), but please don't be gullible. This is some good old fashioned, SCRIPTED reality tv!!

Amazing insight into pathetic people!

Wow well i actually enjoyed it but just because it made me realise that when a bunch of pathetic people get together in a field and make up their own rules, there really no bounds to how sad and pathetic a bunch of people can get.

I 100% guarantee you that this ridiculous joke will last a couple of years max and then all the people will go back to normal life.

Sad sad sad. Really? Yes!

This film is ridiculous

A film about a group of people in America who consider their religion "Jedi". The film mostly focuses on an alcoholic former Nazi who lives with his rich mother. He spends the film whining about his life, how God made him make bad decisions (according to his warped bigoted beliefs) and how a "Sith" slept with his wife. Another is a hyper feminist former Marine who hates men and of course says she's been raped several times. These people are all damaged negative people who claim they are not over and over again by displaying their own bigotry. According to other reviews it's a theory that this "documentary" isn't even real but scripted. It's no wonder this took place in California, the land of fruits and nuts.
