A retired lady making a mistake. Or, more exactly, a terrible sin. The result - a lovely, splendid adventure. It is a film to feel it. Scene by scene , and its basic, great, fabulous virtue is the inspired to magnificent acting of Balinder Johal. Short, a film like soup for soul and a great actress giving her the best.

I was not sure of what to expect from this movie. Few minutes into it and the story really picks abt the journey of almost retired South Asian women discovering the zeal and passion for adventure.
Story and screenplay takes you on the journey and the characters are very relatable. The lead actor is fantastic in her role and carries the gilm on her shoulders. Director, Rahul stays within the world of characters and gives a refreshing story that moves you. Camera work, DOP, locations are good.
All in all a definite watch, and so glad to see all the success this film has been getting. "Forbidden Tikka Masala" film deserves it all.
