This is what the film is all about, reaching YOUR highest potential so you can achieve huge success with the help of coaches AND also an understanding of how body language and micro-facial expressions can help you read people during self promotion or sales pitch. Love the stories of the three main leads and seeing their journey in self discovery and success.

Almost all the coaches are basically average and so predictable. Typical of the American 'wellness' market.
Each of the three protagonists clearly carry layers of trauma that the coaches got nowhere near, and without which so-called 'transformation' is very limited.
Furthermore, the whole notion of reading 'body language' and 'micro-expressions' is itself a very precise symptom of just how disconnected we are. If we need to 'read body language' in that mechanistic, formulaic way, there is no clearer example of how discoed we are from embodied Presence that FEELS the world around us.
That disconnection is the great issue of our time - how out of touch we are with our bodies and our emotions, and with the transpersonal, and this film goes nowhere near what it needed to bring 'correction' to that 'absence'
If you want more from yourself, this film is your starting point.

The IMPACT movie talks about all of us at some moment in our lives. It happens to all of us that we sometimes feel stuck and at our wit's end as to how to move on.
The three people in the movie took a leap of faith and started on a journey of self-improvement, self-discovery and letting go of limiting beliefs that were holding them back from becoming who they felt they needed to be.
It is inspiring to watch how they move from a place of doubt, loneliness or fear to a place of enlightened knowledge, self-confidence, self-realization and achievement of their dreams.

I honestly don't understand the 10/10 reviews here. Maybe they are from the producers' friends or fan club.
Here's this documentary in 1 sentence:
3 people with various life challenges work with various coaches who help them improve different areas of their life (and no, you don't get to see any of the actual coaching or methods used, just some Instagram moments), and as a result they do better in life.
Don't get me wrong, I respect the work of the producers who are definitely top experts in microepxressions and body language - of which you only get a few teasers here and there, nothing you can actually use - and I also respect the coaches portrayed. Great coaching can be life changing. But I don't understand the point of this documentary. At all.
It feels like it was made as a vanity or status-building piece for the producers so they can now say "we made a real Hollywood movie! We are producers!". Maybe it is to increase their perceived credibility to help sell more of their courses. I don't know.
Unless you never heard of coaching and have no idea what it is, you can safely take a pass on this one. It's like a teaser made for the coaching as an industry without giving away anything of substance.
I gave it two stars instead of one out of respect for the people who probably invested a lot of work in making this, but I don't understand why. The only people I can see benefiting from this are the 3 people in it who probably got some top quality free coaching from some great coaches - but you are shown hardly any of that in the movie, so what's the point for the viewer...?

The creators of Impact, Patryk and Kasia, have put together a team of experts to demonstrate to people from all walks of life that they have what they have to make an impact. It is an inspirational journey that awakens in the viewer hope. A must watch movie for anyone who is looking to better their lives and the lives of others. Once again, congratulations to all the people in the film for sharing your challenges authentically so that more people can make a more significant impact in the world, especially at uncertain times we all find ourselves.

This film shows the power of having a dream, and then having the support to remove any limiting beliefs holding us back from achieving those dreams.
I'm a huge fan of Maz Schirmer and her modality is LIFE CHANGING.
LOVED the film, LOVED seeing people go after what makes their hearts sing!!

Many of us are seeking a purpose and passion in our lives but few will chase that dream. These three are the ones who will stop at nothing to turn their dreams into reality.
So many great take aways from this film. One being is that you can't do it all alone. These three get support from professionals who work to get them to the next level. Uncovering roadblocks standing in each of their way. It's interesting to watch how they navigate these roadblocks in life. The film shows with a open mind and a willingness anything is possible.

I am always astounded at the miraculous impact effective communication has on those who use it! Patryk and Kasia's movie highlighted the huge power gained by the communicator when he or she learns to detect subtle non-verbal cues. Our inner emotional life is very rarely recognised but Impact shows what most of have missed. It is a huge gap in our educational system.
The five superpowers were very well explained and demonstrated, The use of other coaches gave the movie a freshness and suggested that both coaching and individual empowerment is both possible and enticing! Impact is an inspiring and wonderful movie that, as a communication consultant, I would recommend to everyone interested in improving their own impact in whatever field of human activity they might be involved in!

This amazing movie highlights three characters who are on a journey of self transformation.What is intriguing is the way non-verbal communication is illustrated to help viewers harness its power in building confidence, self awareness and emotional intelligence. It's powerful to see the transformation in the three Characters. Totally amazing, helping individuals make a greater IMPACT.

Fascinating journey to watch. Amazing participants who made very real changes in their lives. Incredible coaches, and so many of them, using a variety of approaches. Very informative and completely mesmerising to watch.
Negatives: some things were glossed over. Eg. Didi says people ask how she does it with 4 [small, maybe Preschool] children, and Didi blithely says "I don't think about it!"
A mother of small children doesn't think about who is looking after them and how this affects their development? Perhaps it would have been more honest to say something like "I have faith in my Nanny", and my husband and mother do x, y & z. We saw the Nanny bring the children home once, and met Didi's mother. Hopefully, now Didi is an "International Motivational Speaker" after 12 .on the of coaching, she includes mention of childcare in telling her own story of "I have made it in America," and "You can do it!"
It makes me wonder what else was glossed over for the desired Narrative.
I would also be interested to know how these 3 people were chosen, and more details about the coaches and their methods.
The ex-serviceman selling Homepathic remedies seemed entirely genuine, both in his difficulties at the beginning (despite obviously knowing a lot) and in his personal development and business improvements after a year.

I am in amazement and awe in how these people were willing to be teachable, influenced, and to gain clarity in their lives. I became emotional as they progressed on their path to becoming authentically real, raw and rare in their lives.
The Vision of Patryk and Kasia, and their team have created, envisioned, and shared with the world the ability to see beyond the self imposed box of mental limitations. I loved how they showed the 5 Super Powers and how they apply to everyday life.
The Impact of watching this movie has touched me personally on a level of how I live my life daily. To show others how to have no fears, no judgements, and stay positive. This allows the inner negative chatter to cease.

The concept of the movie is interesting, intriguing, inspiring and held me to the screen.
I felt like the movie finished too soon - it started with why the movie was made and the selection of 3 people for their journey, showed their journey and it wrapped up what happened to the three people involved and where to for them.
However, I feel like the narrators/facilitators didn't tie the reason for the movie, to the viewers at the end.
There was something missing for the audience about their next steps to make their "impact" in the world and how to go about that.
So many modalities in the movie and no summary of what worked for each person and why and how to get that for myself (if that's what a viewer was seeking.) I am wondering if viewers will be left with a bit of "I want that - however - I don't know where to start or what to do next".
The Q & A at the end was interesting and gave more information, from Maz and Kevin's perspective. Would have been good to hear a bit about each modality and how each modality helped DiDi, Megan and Stan from their perspective.
Maybe a followup movie (the stars a year from now) is in the making???

This movie is truly its title IMPACT! Its not just following 3 people who aspire to make an impact, it was for me a time to take note of where I am, the impact I want to make in this world and to glean from their journeys.
We are all creators of impact either within our own family, our community locally or globally. It's an inside job. This movie reminds the viewer that we each have the potential to become the highest version of ourselves. Within one year, we witness three individuals achieve their greatest goals. I am inspired by the impact each person has made in the world. It's been a pleasure to witness so many lives touched for the greatest good of all.

It is a very good movie which gives us a lot of reflection on our own life where we were, and how we go about it and where we are and want to be.
It reminds me a few things of my past, my childhood dreaming and what I came out today, and even so, I still want to come out more of my hidden truth of me together with a greatter desire and having a life purpose.
It is about limitting belief, trust and persistence in oneself.
Congratulations on this achievement and the movie collection!

I like the way that this is a human interest documentary, focused on 3 very different feeling, with one thing in common. They are human!
Looking at where they started, through to where they finished from a body language perspective was really insightful.

As an embodied health coach, it was so fascinating to watch as each person started to become their higher selves, discover their superpowers and become happier. It was an intimate look at these very personal journeys over a year period. Transformation is possible!
