- There is suggestion of charecter's hiring prostitutes.
- In one scene a woman is seen bobbing her head over a man's crotch as he sits and talks, oral sex being suggested however the scene is brief and without strong detail.

- There is a scene of strong brutal violence, in which a man takes on various assailants in a nightclub bar during which strong brutal and realistic punches are delivered which result in large amounts of blood being spat out and detail of injuries being sustained, characters are stabbed and shot resulting in blood spurts, a man has his fingers broken, a man is kicked in the jaw until his face becomes bloodied while another man is hit in the face with a knuckle duster multiple times causing his face to become bloodied and bruised
- The fight is also intercut with shots of the aftermath of the brawl in which the man is seen remembering what happened during the fight as he tends to his wounds. He is seen removing two teeth from his head, clicking his jaw back into place and wrapping some bedding around a large slash mark on his chest.
- In the direct aftermath of this fight a man's intestine's are also seen hanging out from his chest however this is shown from a distance therefore mitigating the impact of the shot.
- Elsewhere in the episode a charecter is ambushed, shot and slashed multiple times, stabbed, beaten with a bat and a crowbar, punched and kicked until he is left bloodied. During the attack there is sight of large blood spurts.
- The man then fights back biting off an attacker's ear and spitting blood at him, stabbing an attacker in the throat, throwing enemies into the line of fire, stabbing, slashing and shooting opponents as well as smashing bats onto bodies. There is strong bloody detail.
- Another man also shoots an attacker in the leg resulting in a minor blood spurt. There is further bloodshed as the man then goes onto aid the injured attacker tying his belt around his leg as he lies on the ground.

- In a couple of scenes throughout the episode, charecters are seen snorting cocaine. A man is also seen removing a small packet of cocaine from a another man's pocket.

- In the crossfire of a shootout, Frank realises that he accidentally killed some prostitutes in the crossfire; bloody bullet holes are seen on the women's bodies. The scene is important as it causes Frank to question his moral's as he feels deep remorse for the prostitute's deaths.
- There is strong brutal violence
- During a brawl inside a nightclub bar character's are punched hard in the face and chest resulting in large amounts of blood being spat from mouths, characters are slashed, stabbed and shot, a man's is kicked in the mouth a number of times and a man has his face bludgeoned with a knuckle duster resulting in strong bloody detail. The scene is brutal and realistic.
