Going by the title was not expecting it to be mature enough and had picked it for no brain fun like with The Bachelor and so Aon. But it was surprisingly refreshing. Nikki and the Indian single wives are such lovely damsels that you start feeling for their well being and are on their journey to find their partners. The location home is set in a gorgeous Ocean facing lovely home with of course a lovely pool etc etc. I ended up binge watching it.

Homophobic comments ruined the whole series for me

Spoiler alert!! Someone Emma is dating has a picture of him kissing a man on Instagram- Emma states it is "absolutely a dealbreaker" for her and wants to be sure that the picture is "just for fun" and this man didn't have a relationship with another man. The narrator called the photo "salacious" (meaning inappropriately sexual)
Her views are absolutely disgusting and ruined the whole show for me.

Finally a dating reality show with adult, mature people that tackles important life themes such as loss and fear of vulnerability in a sensitive and practical way. I've learned a lot while watching and got inspired to be brave in my social life as well
