Classy and humored ad
Rodrigo_Amaro10 May 2023
One of the several Nespresso ads starring Oscar winning George Clooney with some good dosis of humor and lots of class. This one was directed by acclaimed filmmaker Bennett Miller ("Capote", "Moneyball") and it presents famous Hollywood star Clooney being ignored neither recognised by the customers of the brand at a coffee shop and he wonders what's going wrong around him. You probably know what can be more special than the former Batman (just for one day). Poor guy can even enjoy his celebrity status in this piece and it's lots of fun for us in the audience.

This "Twilight Zone"-esque commercial has it charm and some hilarity (because of Camila Belle's presence and the effect caused in one particular moment with a third party), and like the many other ads it's a quite special way to sell the brand. It has its appeal though it's not something so massive or amazingly memorable but it works just fine. No problem at all with this one. 8/10.
