A pleasant journey.

I enjoyed this journey through England: first of all the Englsh cuisine: the pies (at the Pieminister): Steve Fawcus offers a lot of new pies.

In Somerset James Montgomery produce traditional Somerset cheddar.

We mut now forget the famous "fish and chips" presented by Lewis Micklewright.

Some words about Bristol and its rebirth: te counterculture with the urban art and the music (trip-hop or the Bristol sound).

We visit shortly Glastonbury: there is a renewal of the paganism (druids, druidesses) as Denise Cush explained: the women are specially attracted by these natural religions where they can have an important place.

WE travel to the land of sheep where we meeet Freddie Parker , the shepherd and also shepherd dogs trainer.

On the coast of Devon we discover the world of surfing: with Andrew Cotton , Julian Matthews and Tim Heyland. OOn the Scilly Islands we meet Francis Hicks, a horticulturist who produce daffodils; then we meet Sam Hicks and his milk cows.

I enjoyed the encounters of Sacha with Sara ( the Bristol University, the Stokes Croft), with Jan ( Somerset cider and brandy),with Tim and Rex Milton (the sheep stable), with the fish auctioneer in Brixham, with Hettie Ninnis (The Eden Project), with Ferrers Vyvyan (Trelowarren manor and Mount St. Michael 's visit), and with James St. Aubyn ( the owner of St. Michael's Mounts): very nice encounters with very nice English men and women.
