The acting is really cringey and the dialogue between the characters is so one-note and clearly was written on the first draft of the script. All of the characters's choices are so stupid and illogical for the sole reason of making sure the story continues. The message the show is trying to convey about consent and revenge porn and the dangers of sexting in high-school. Yet the message is so bogged down and muddled by the terrible acting and cringey dialogue and characterisation. The characters are all motivated purely by emotion and that's not just the teenagers and they don't make any logical decisions regarding the very serious circumstances they are in.
