Finally figured it out!
9 May 2023
Warning: Spoilers
I know you all don't think Liz figured out who Red is, but she did as she was dying. It's super obvious... you just have to read between the lines. Red IS Liz's mother! Katarina became Red! That's why "he" was so close to Dom, Ilya, etc. How Mr. Kaplan became involved. Why it had to be kept secret, as many would try to kill Liz and Red. It's so obvious. Look at all the flashbacks during this and the previous episodes. Red knows things only Katerina could know. Remember when he said "I knew her better than she knew herself." Everything "he" did was to protect her. How many times did we see Katarina make the promise to protect Liz at all costs.

I feel like I need to go back and watch knowing this now.

Slow and Ridiculous
14 March 2023
I know this is based on a popular hand but wow, this was painful to watch. Not even the good actors can save this show. The first episode was not bad, but after all the apocalypse & zombie movies and shows out there, this has to be the worst! I love Pedro Pascal and he does a good job with the material. But it's just SO slow. After shows like The Walking Dead and Game of Thrones, this is like watching paint dry. And those shroom heads! Are you kidding me? I am at a loss as to how this is getting such high marks. Are you guys getting paid to write positive reviews? Maybe you're a fan of the game. Please tell me the game is more exciting than this show!

Best episode so far
7 December 2019
Warning: Spoilers
This episode is outstanding. The writing, directing and acting are superb. It was so real that I felt like I was there. The actress who plays Hannah is amazing. I have been in similar circumstances and have felt and acted JUST like her. You could just see in her face the very moment she lost her power. This is what happens when someone who has power over you abuses it. And it can happen just like this. I've never seen a show handle it quite like this. And juxtaposing his behavior against Weinstein's at the end was brilliant. Bravo. So well done.

CIA propaganda
26 November 2019
I LOVED Season 1. This season is so OBVIOUSLY CIA propaganda. So poorly written. A waste of everyone's talent. Don't forget that Amazon has a HUGE contact with the CIA. Venezuela is the new target country because of how much oil it has and how they are not interested in using the petrol dollar. This is just shameful. I'm sure Season 1 was propaganda as well. But at least it was entertaining! This is just crap.

I really liked it
2 September 2019
This is a clever new steampunk fantasy series. It's a little Sherlock, a little LOTR, a little Harry Potter, a little Downton Abbey and a little GOT. I thoroughly enjoyed it.

Such great writing and acting
25 August 2019
This show was my favorite comedy for a long time. The writing was superb, the characters realistic yet quirky. And New York City was a character in the show. Why isn't this on ANY streaming service?

Don't waste your time or money
10 December 2018
This movie started out well, but then just turned into a terrible mess. I loved all the actors but the script was just dreadful. The characters were not well thought out which made the film incredibly boring, confusing and weird. The ending was terrible. The whole film was pointless. One of the weirdest movies I've ever seen. And I like weird movies!

Very disappointing
4 November 2018
I was really looking forward to this series, being a big fan of Mr. Robot. I was extremely disappointed. The premise is good, but the pacing is horrible, the directing and editing are just plain weird. This story could have been told in a 1-hour episode. So incredibly slow and boring. The acting was good, especially Julia Roberts. She's the only reason i gave it 5 stars. Otherwise, i would have given it 2 or 3. I'm really surprised she said yes to this. Don't waste your time!

Really stupid movie
13 March 2005
I watched this last night on Oxygen and it was REALLY bad! It was so bad that I could not stop watching it (like an accident that you can't look away from). What on earth were Colin Ferguson and Jennifer Love Hewitt doing in a movie this god-awful! I really like Colin Ferguson and I think he has potential and he wasn't bad in this, but the plot was so ridiculous. Totally stupid and unrealistic. Maybe it was supposed to be like that. It took place in San Franciso (where I used to live) and it could not have been more un-San Francisco. Like someone like Jennifer Love Hewitt is going to be an advertising executive ... gimme a break! I know sometimes you have to suspend disbelief, but this was too much. The movie was trying to be somewhere between Legally Blonde and Bridget Jones Diary, but catering to the absolute lowest common denominator. The writers should be shot!

Very cute short film
13 March 2005
I saw this short film at a film festival last year and it was very well done. I believe it won the audience award for Best Short at the festival. The story is very sweet and clever. Bravo to Hank for creating a very nice romantic comedy. He is great in the film, as is the rest of the cast (especially Harold Gould as the grandfather). If you get a chance to see this or rent it by chance, it is worth it. It explores the "What if you could see the future of a relationship" in a funny way. In fact, this could turn into a nice feature with the right writer. I wonder if that is what Hank had in mind? Also, I met Hank at the festival and he was very nice ... very appreciative of anyone who came to watch his film.
