- A woman is killed by steam. Her mutilated body is seen later on.
- A man is cut by another man and you see him graphically removing a piece of flesh from his leg, the man is then left bleeding and then is eaten alive by rats.
- A man tries to kill another man, the man then defends by slamming a hospital bed down onto his fingers, blood spurts and graphic muscle tissue is seen.
- The man tries to kill the man again but the man bites him in the jugular vein and blood pools out in large amounts.
Frightening & Intense Scenes
- The police arrive at the second victim's location too late, she is burnt to death by a steam pipe. The aftermath is highly disturbing.
- The killer confrontation near the end is very intense
- A man and his granddaughter are tied to a pole in the river and begin to drown as the water rises.
