Yet another flop in the post Seinfeldian world of spin-offs. Why oh why was this show made? And the deal with the counter in the corner?? What was that?? The acting was so laid back it would send a coma patient into death throes. The absence of a laugh track, although very daring, cannot help this sitcom because we have zero idea when the funny parts were.
One small positive about the show was the silent homage to Julia Louise-Dreyfus' Seinfeld stint. The Cosmo Krameresque Super and the vet who is not a vet agreeing to take the super for a Cat Cat Scan is something I could see cooked up on Seinfeld, but at least done funnier. Save your Tuesday nights for something else funnier.
