An assortment of characters and dogs who live near each other and whose lives intersect. The narrative makes frequent cuts among them: this happening to character one, meanwhile this happening to character two, meanwhile... It's all about the small miseries and inadequacies that people and dogs suffer in life. The take on life's annoyances is lighthearted and sometime funny. It's an enjoyable but not memorable film. At best an Argentinean "Amores Perros", but in a much lighter form.
