A very powerful film.
5 October 2022
Warning: Spoilers
Except for a scene at the early part, the movie hits all the right notes. Shows the fears, and the desperate running, never staying in one place too long, then getting out before the authorities can get you. We see the effect on the boys, the innocent voctimes, who are pulled into the vortex of the parent's bad decision of 15 years earlier. The scene referenced should not have been made a part of the final cut. The idea of abandoning the dog on the side of the road is hearless in the extreme. A loving, faithful companion and he is discarded like a piece of trash, very bad. If you wouldn't abandon yous sons like that, you DON'T abadnon your dog like that, ever.

A great series, but 2 really bad concepts.
3 October 2022
By and large, it was a joy to watch, and you could really get involved in the storylines. Unfortunately, they had to play some silly casting games. Ehrlich's parents, with the ridiculous storyline was a major one. They should have been a one and done forgetable set, but no, they drag them back for two more episodes. Each one was as silly and stupid as the first one was. And then, the biggest screw up of all, the final couple of minutes of the ending. Dragging that autustic brat back into the mix, (that's another character that they could have done very well without), and setting up the utterly unbelievable notion which brought the series to a close, was clumsy and insulting. After viewing it, I just decided that for me the series ended just before that fantasy garbage.

Nice thriller.
3 April 2022
Angela Black is a suspenseful six part series from ITV. It's a great thriller, full of twists and turns, that lead you one way, then another, and leaves you getting more and more interested, as you are egaer to see how the real story emerges.

Stay with the series, to see how it conclues with part 6, it's a winner, and very satisfying.

8/10.

Good episode.

The series is coming together nicely, I like the fit. I am not happy about this .... This episode was Rebecca Balding's last episode. Producers were becoming increasingly dissatisfied with her performance and thus they decided to drop her after this episode. I am annoyed at the hgher ups, making snap judgements like that. Only the third episode in, and they fire her? WHY?? The characters need some time to get settled, just canning her with that "dissatisfied" label, from some pencil pushing higher up, is typical of the instant poorly thought out, BAD decisions they make. And they make NO mention of her disappering in the next episode, and making up a story about why she is no longer there, another glaring error. Did they think that we wouldn't notice? I liked her character, she should not have been thrown lat last week's trash!

A total flop.
28 October 2021
I don't know how Roddenberry dreamed this up, but it is the worst ST episodes. Yeah, parallel development and all that, but come on. A US flag, and the US constitution make their way into the show? And Kirk gets long winded at the end with that speech? What was this, a rah rah America episode? A real dud. If you haven't watched it, don't bother, it's not worth 60 minutes of you life.

Gripping!
25 August 2021
This is one of the greatest TV series ever created, and the buildup to the final has been like a high tension wire. This sets the finale up perfectly, and it's one of those real balancing acts that have to be played just right. Matthew Rhys will deliver some lines in the next episode that will show that he has learned from his EST seminars.

Junk.
29 May 2021
Typical Holloywood trash, the producers could not come up with anything orginal, so let's take a successful TV series, and turn it into some twited horror flick, with the usual blood and gore that shows how little they understand about classic horror. . This version of Mr. Roarke is not even close to the great Ricardo Montaban. The cast are a bunch of nobodies, whose faces and acting are as forgettable as week old chewed gum. Save your money.

A great film

Peter Sellers was at his comedic best, lots of good laughs and gags to keep you amused. It is well worth the watching.

One thing I will point out, that towards the end of the movie, after the last group of people arrive, it becomes silly. Where they get the prop used in that segment is beyond suspention of disbelief.

A dangling ending.
2 May 2021
They had one of the fairly main characters, that was in the middle of an intersting situation, just disappear. No writing out of the storyline, just zippo, gone for season 4 and beyond. No metion of what happened to this charcter, was this person transferred, or whateverv Just reoved and never metioned again as if this character had never been in the series at all. Very sloppy treatment.

Too much Ego.
3 April 2021
David Caruso was very good as Det. Kelly. But, when his ego got in the way, well, he shot himself in the foot. Demanding a huge salary increse, and also demanding that the series shift to focus more on Him, needing to hog the spolight and put Dennis Franz in the shadow of His ''greatness." A classic Diva, and he almost got killed off as the Season 2 opening episode. Well, David, the show had gone on many, very successful years without you, while your career basically went flat. Wonder how this Diva feels about missing out on over 10 years of such a successful series, and the knowldge of that much earnings you trashed. You no doubt would have gotten raises as the series went on, but that wasn't good enough for you. Your deamnding, whiny little bratty stance did you in. Too bad, so sad. Goodbye David, you will NOT be missed.

A bit of a letdown at the end
5 November 2020
Although I have no problems with the stoyline, I was a bit perplexed by the changes made at the end. It concerned an added subplot, and the actual end of the epsiode. Since it would be a spoiler if I posted the differences, I will not, suffice to say that the actual story as it is written is better. Why they couldn't run with that is a mystery to me.

Slam Bang Season 3 ender.
30 July 2020
WOW, what a hit. It just makes you so hungry for Season 4. A whole new direction for the Mad men, the machinations that are in play, to get it to work, without blowing the deal apart. It's a real winner, kept me hooked, and the sense at the end, the closure of a major chapter in their lives, and the vision of a whole new chapter about to start, this is why it won the Emmy.

January Jones.
29 July 2020
The ending of season 3 is where Betty takes charge. From a confused housewife, she has emerged as a fully developed character, who is no longer able to turn a blind eye to her husband's wanderings, and discovers the truth. January Jones gives a tour de force performance as she breaks free of the era of 60's middle class conformity.

This is the one episode you must watch. Gripping, tension filled, and the great way that the team can work together, right under the watchful eyes and ears of the bad guys, to rescue Jim and bring them to justice. A winner!!

A fascinating look at key Presidential races through the years, and to what lengths some candidates will go to, including blatently illegal actions, to claim that coveted address of 1600, Pennsylvania Ave. in D.C.

A history, but a very slanted one.
2 May 2020
A good series, but the Boston/New York centric nature was far too overdone. Too many accomplishments were overlooked, here's one that I noriced right away.

Johnny Vander Meer, pitching for Cincinnati. On June 11, 1938, Vander Meer pitched a 3-0 no-hitter against the Boston Bees. Four days later against the Brooklyn Dodgers in what was the first night game ever held at Ebbets Field, he threw another no-hitter, beating the Dodgers 6-0, becoming the only player in major league history to throw two consecutive no-hitters. He also went on to set a record for hitless innings leading into his third game, at 21.2 hitless innings.

Two big records, and yet, not even a mention. Very disappointing to have a record that will almost never be equaled not even get a mention.

Not a bad start

This is what got Marlo Tomas noticed, and propelled her into the role of "That Girl." The premise of the plot has its amusing moments, watch for Paul Lynde as the photographer. It does have the very 60's tone of not wanting the wife to work, and it remianed an unsold pilot. It is available on the DVD collection of That Girl, as a bonus feature on Season 2. Check it out.

This was amazing. Having Noah Emmerich directing the action displayed his fine directing talent. Pacing and suspense were perfect, and the final scenes with Fleetwood Mac's The Chain really set it off nicely. I hope Noah does some more directing, he really gave the episode the spice.

Total Bomb
17 August 2019
This episode is the worst one. It stank so much that we could stand only 10 minutes of this pointless drivel before we tossed it. I was wondering how this stink bomb made it to the screen, and found this answer.

The creators of the series were stretched very thin during the last season of TNG with the ongoing filming on Deep Space 9 and starting both the TNG movie and Voyager. This lead to some very poor quality control in what scripts were accepted.. It was submitted by a totally unknown script consultant who ripped off a very bad Ann Rice story about Scotland and an incubus like creepy ghost.

That's some horrible quality control. if you've never seen this, don't waste you time. After 10 minutes, you may do the exact same thing, switch it off and search for the occasional gems in the dreck that season 7 tuned into.

Warning: Spoilers
The premise of this episode is that Data wants to try a love relationship. He's incapable of love, and the one who's infatuated with him, seems quite clueless. Now I would think that somebody who has graduated from Star fleet Academy, and knows about Data, would have known that any kind of romantic relationship was doomed. Acting like a love struck schoolgirl makes her character very 2 dimensional. What's saves it from being a total flop was the far more interesting plot line of the dark matter nebula.

Breathless!
27 July 2019
The season 1 ending was pulse pounding, following the action, and seeing it unfolding. I don't want to go any further, to avoid posting spoilers. Let me just say that this series had me hooked halfway through Episode 1, and it just kept getting better and better. One of the best series I have ever watched. I put it alongside Mad Men and The Sopranos, as the best series I've watched.

Grade A+

Warning: Spoilers
So many facets come out. Amador, who is all for extra judicial action. he is really the author of his own misfortune. Following his former girlfriend Martha and keeping her under surveillance all night, makes him a jealous stalker. Trying to apprehend Philip could have been the end for him. Amador is up for extra judicial action, since he tried to kill Philip in the strugle, or would have killed him on the drive to headquarters ig he had surrendered, since he was sleeping with Martha. Beeman had really shown another side also. Dead set against extra judicial action. but when Amador is missing and presumed taken by someone in the Soviet embassy, he sure changes that stance. And the fact that the low level agent they killed had nothing to do with the action, and the real killer of the FBI agents was blown up by Philip and Elizabeth made the killing so unnecessary. And the fast that's he's sleeping with Nina, his mole in the Soviet embassy, is really taking this series into fascinating territory. It's very compelling, and just goes to show that no one is a true white hatted hero.

The Title is very misleading
31 March 2019
Saw this when it was first released, and I wished I could have gotten a refund on the ticket price. There's not anything to recommend this. Nudity, hardly any. Comedy, nope, not there either. Looks like someone had no idea what teen sex comedies were all about, and slapped together some hot mess, hoping to capitalize on the success of "Porky's" They missed by a mile. I wouldn't even watch this as a late night free movie offering, it's a waste of time. Skip this, it's pathetic.

Great episode, but quite a goof.
9 March 2019
This is a funny episode, with the Bunkers at a restaurant. I know this is a comedy. but the writers overlooked this mistake. When the character played by Roscoe Lee Brown gets into it with Archie, and they talk about being in the service in World War 2. When Roscoe sarcastically asks Archie, about his service, with the line "KP Or Latrine duty?" and Archie shoots back, "That was the only place we seen youse people," that would not happen.. The US Armed Forces were still segregated in World War 2, it wasn't until 1947 that the Forces were desegregated.
